At the Inn at Yarmouth Port, we take a lot of pride in the precision and care that goes into preparing a delicious breakfast for our guests each morning. Like many of the local establishments on the Cape, we offer an authentic farm-to-table experience. We serve breakfast each morning between 8:00 and 9:15 a.m. We are happy to accommodate your dietary needs with advanced notice and have many tried and true gluten-free and sugar-free options. Our menu changes with the seasons, but some dishes you might see include:
- Freshly baked treats such as wild blueberry muffins, Meyer lemon scones, and warm banana bread
- Seasonal breakfast paninis that include prosciutto, arugula, fontina cheese, and basil or pear, cheddar and pineapple sage pesto, made right on site using our own fresh herbs
- Authentic “Pain Perdu,” or French toast (crispy on the outside and custardy on the inside), served with homemade fresh fruit compotes
- Eggs prepared in various ways and served with country ham, bacon or homemade sausage developed with our local butcher at Peterson’s Market.
- Dutch baby pancakes and Belgian waffles stuffed with homemade fruit fillings
