Marconi Beach

First on our list is Marconi Beach. This gorgeous beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and simply taking in the stunning views. The boardwalk is also a wonderful place to take a leisurely stroll or go for a jog. If you\’re feeling adventurous, you can hike up to the top of the dunes for an even better view of the beach.

Cape Cod National Seashore Bird Trails

Next on our list are the National Seashore bird trails. There are more than 50 miles of trails to explore, and they offer stunning views of the ocean. The trails are home to a variety of birds, including ospreys, eagles, and sandpipers. If you\’re looking for a place to go birdwatching, the National Seashore is the place to be. Be sure to bring your binoculars!

The Salt Pond Visitors Center at Cape Cod National Seashore

If you\’re interested in learning more about the history of the park, the visitor\’s center is an excellent place to begin exploring the National Seashore. Videos explain the local ecosystem and its challenges. The friendly and knowledgeable staff will be happy to answer any of your questions about this protected stretch of shoreline and offer ideas for your visit based on your interest. Well worth the stop!

Nauset Lighthouse Cape Cod

Cape Cod National Seashore is home to eight lighthouses, each with its own unique history and architecture. You can explore these beautiful structures on your own self-guided tour. Start at the Nauset Light in Eastham and work your way down the Cape. As you go, be sure to take in the stunning views of the ocean. And be sure to keep an eye out for the ghosts that are said to haunt them!
